What You Will Do
Prepare budget estimates and cost plans: helping clients understand and manage project costs from the earliest stages.
Produce tender documents: supporting the procurement process and working closely with the wider project team.
Carry out interim valuations: assessing the value of work completed on site as projects progress.
Prepare cost reports and final accounts: keeping clients informed and bringing projects to a successful close.
Support Partners and senior leaders in delivering high-quality projects: taking responsibility from day one.
Participate in wider activities: such as careers events, work experience programmes, and other business initiatives.
Who You Are
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn: ready to build your skills across all areas of cost management and property consultancy.
Confident and responsible: able to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality work with close attention to detail.
Numerate and analytical: comfortable working with figures and able to present information clearly to clients and colleagues.
Experience or ambition: ideally you will have some experience in quantity surveying or a related field, but graduates are also very welcome to apply.
Working towards MRICS: holding, or working towards, a RICS-accredited degree, with the motivation to progress towards chartership.
Passionate about positive impact: committed to sustainability, ethical practice, and contributing positively to colleagues, clients, and communities.
