This senior role is part of our London-based Monitoring Surveying & Due Diligence team, leading a wide variety of commissions across the UK. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, taking ownership of your work and ensuring clients receive clear, reliable guidance at every stage. You’ll also support colleagues and contribute to the continued strength of our service.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare clear, high-quality MS & DD reports

  • Lead meetings and present directly to clients

  • Oversee team coordination and project performance

  • Build and maintain effective client relationships

  • Support business development and wider partnership initiatives

About you:

  • MRICS (preferred) or significant experience delivering MS & DD commissions

  • Strong understanding of design, procurement, and construction processes

  • Clear, confident communication and report-writing skills

  • Collaborative and supportive approach with colleagues

  • Able to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
